Its almost white. Im 15 and it still hasnt turned dark.

lol. I love your sweden comment. My friend was the same way. White blond hair is very natural and kind of rare. be glad that you have it. It will turn darker when you get older. My friends didnt turn dirty blonde until she was in college.

only your parents can answer your heritage, although hair and eye colour is determined by genetics swedish peple are not the only natural blondes out there. you hair could start getting darker tommorow or never. enjoy it while it lasts
