IMO best to let the hair dry as naturally as pos. I never use a hairdryer or any heated implement. That also means I don't feel compelled to buy all the chemicals that firms make to combat the effects of them. Good shampoo, good conditioner. Nothing else.

depends, i do both.it just depends on what im doing after my hair has been washed!! if i do use any heat like straightners or hair dryer, i use a protection spray.i also dont wash my hair that much so that it can recover from what i do to it, using a deep conditioner when i do! x
