The most common oils for hair are jojoba (the closest to what your scalp produces), coconut, and extra virgin olive oil. It really just depends on what your hair likes. Some people's hair doesn't like oil at all. But I find it's a great way to moisturize my hair. Note: a little goes a long ways and I find that it works best on damp hair.

coconut oil, rosemary oil, olive oil, basically any oil will moisturize your hair. put it in and wrap it up in a towel for an hour. if you sit out in the sun it will be even better. you know they actually make oil for this purpose, VO5 hot oil, tried it?

the oils found in an avacado are great for hair, they leave it feeling smooth and shiny...just take a regular haas avacado (the dark one) spoon out the inside and mix that in a bowl with a freshly sqeezed orange...trust me its awesome!

By and far - the best oil for hair is the Kukui Nut oil - from the kukui nut in Hawaii.

Next best is Coconut oil.

They both make the hair shiny %26amp; supple, and give the hair strength and body.

IF you are out in the sun a lot, your hair may become lighter.

Seriously, try a little mayo in your hair at shampoo time. It has more natural ingredients than typical conditioner. Ingest extra virgin olive oil. That's a good thing you can do for your skin AND hair.
