If your serious about hair growth , you can try aloe gel from a live plant. I guarantee it will work. Peel the plant, place it in a bowl, mash it down to a paste and apply to hair. Place a plastic bag for about twenty minutes preferably under a warm dryer.

I'm a stylist out of Miami and I do it from time to time depending on how bad the hair is damaged. Also, please don't consider yourself as having nappy hair that is such an ugly word. Good hair comes in different grades.

Try coconut oil, that what Indian people use for their hair and that is why their hair is so long.Trust me it works because my hair is half-way down my back and I'm black. What you do is go to Jersey City to a Indian store and ask for the oil.Or you can take vitamins.

i feel you honey i'm mixed and got nappy hair to i can't get mine to grow either but as for making it look prettier try using some pink hair lotion you can buy it at walmart family dollar and dollar general and hair food ,carrot oil and hair mayo are good for our kinda hair also try leaving a conditioner in your hair over night and wash out in the moring it will make it soft shining and easy to comb and brush

my cousin uses pink moisturizer and it helps her hair out a lot especially with it being so nappy she could not get a brush through her hair if she didn't use the pink moisturizer.

I'm puerto rican and i have thick curly hair and I wash my hair once a week to make your hair grow try using Mane and Tail Horse shampoo, blow dry your hair and use a straight iron to straighten it and spray some pink oil sheen for softness and use "Shine" hair serum for shine. Every night wrap your hair and put a hair scarf on it. This should make your hair grow fast.
