My hair is currently dyed the lighter colour in the picture and i want it closer to the darker blonde but i dont know what would be the best colour which wont turn my hair to dark or red any tips? please.

The only way to turn blonde a darker blonde is semi or demi-permanent color. DO NOT go over it with permanent color. You can buy it at sally's or other beauty supply retailers. If you go to a pro ask for SEMI or DEMI permanent not permanent.

wait until your roots grow out a bit until you can see your natural color, then go to the hair stylist and then ask to dye your hair the color that is at your roots. it's as simple as that!
And yes, any color hair would go with tan skin except for black hair.

My opinion? Do NOT do over the counter stuff. It can ruin your hair. Go to a hairstylist and maybe have them do it? Explain what you want EXACTLY.

ha! she has the same shirt i have, although i'm fair skinned .. with my light brown hair and a little tanned face it seemed very convenient and pretty.
mimic the brazillians , they are hot.
