I've decided I obviously need to ask the salon, but hoping my hair is as im tempted to colour it despite my hair colour being a nice brown with a reddish tinge naturally

depends of you used a demi permanent or a semi. Most likely you have color in your hair and it has faded.

I think so but only you could tell.. have you looked towards the tips of your hair?? If it is grown out then you'd be more likely to get the color matching all over the head. Why are you coloring it? i love brown with that red hinttt i wish i could pull it off.

depends if u used a shampoo to keep the color up but other than that probably.
