I wouldn't do either. It will be hard to get either color out completely and they may fade into colors you don't want. Also, will it be out in time for school next year? Please consider all aspects.

I used to have blue,pink,green,and red. If your more "punk" I would go w/blue. If your just someone looking for a change do red.

Red will be easier to get back normal in the long run if you decide to change.

I'd start by considering what colors you wear the most, and find something that contrasts nicely with them. In my personal opinion, red tends to clash with a lot of other colors, and if you do decide to change it, it's pretty tough to pull out of your hair. Maybe I'm just a fan of the color blue, but I'd go with that. On the bad side, depending on what blue you use, I heard some tend to fade to a grey-ish color. :[

RED RED AND RED! red makes blondes look mch prettier blue makes em look eh lets just say a bit gothic
