I always die my hair black {my natural color is dark dark brown .....?

BUT im 21 now and the blaCK LOOK WAS MORE HIGH SCHOOL im medium complected {hispanic} what color would go real good with me thats different and fun..i tried dieing the bottom half ash blonde{ but it came out like a strawberry blonde} and kept the top black..i kinda got tired of the starwberry blond not turning any blonder ?? someone please HELP!

I love honey highlights and medium brown hair--not too different, though. Maybe you could go with light golden brown hair for a real change.
